12mm Tongue & Groove Cladding – fine sawn vertical cladding. Tongue and groove cladding is a more modern and fits seamlessly together making it perfect for vertical cladding. All four sides of the wallstore are supplied as complete panels ready to be joined together, helping reduce the time required for assembly.
Grey Wash Paint Finish And Dark Trim – for a modern finish this wallstore has been given a factory grey wash finish and has contrasting dark grey trim.
Pressure Treated Tongue & Groove Floor – supplied as a pre-assembled panel this type of floor is great for protecting against water ingress.
Solid Board Roof – supplied in three panels to form the complete roof.
Mineral Roofing Felt – this traditional style roofing felt helps to waterproof the roof panels and protect your wallstore from the elements. It’s easy to install once you have the roof boards in place. It’s provided as one piece so there are no overlaps and is held in place using 13mm felt nails.
Double Doors – for easy access. Z framing on the doors ensures strength and stability. Large, T-hinges secure the doors to the frame of the wallstore. Tower bolts are fitted to the inside of the doors so one door can be kept firmly shut whilst the other one is opened. A pad bolt on the front secures the doors closed - we recommend adding a padlock (not included) for added security. Door opening size : 4ft 5in / 134.5cm high x 5ft 4in / 162cm wide.

Supplied with comprehensive instructions, you will need the following tools during assembly: power drill / screwdriver, 3mm, 6mm, 12mm drill bit, screwdriver bit, hammer, spirit level, sharp knife and step ladder.

Positioning The Wallstore
When positioning the wallstore it is recommended that adequate provision is made to ensure ground contact is avoided and air is able to circulate underneath the building.
Placing the building on a concrete pad or slab base is acceptable provided that the building is not allowed to sit in pooled water during wet conditions.
If the building is to sit on soil or grass it MUST be erected on pressure treated wooden 50mm x 50mm or similar bearers (these are not supplied with this wallstore).
Timber Information
As timber is a natural material, there are certain weather conditions that may affect the materials properties. In times of excessive dry spells, the material may lose some of its internal moisture causing a certain degree of shrinkage on a panel and in periods of excessive rain there will be a certain amount of swelling throughout the wooden panels. This process can not be avoided. If you have problems with certain boards shrinking in dry spells, try to decrease the amount of direct sunlight on the building or the amount of air passing over the building. During hot speels spray water directly onto the panels with the aid of a garden hose.
