Gardena Micro Drip Irrigation Drip Starter Set

This Drip Starter Set from Gardena is the ideal place to start when you want to set up a micro drip irrigation system but aren’t sure where to start. It includes a range of components which should work together to enable you to water up to 30 plants with different watering requirements – these could be plants in individual pots, in tubs or troughs or simply a row of plants. 

The set is ready to use straight away – all you need to do is connect it to your outside tap using a Snap-On Hose Connector (available to purchase separately).

This Drip Starter Set includes:

Standard Master Unit – this is designed to filter and reduce your mains water pressure to 21 psi, the ideal pressure for this system to operate off. It is easy and securely connected to the start of the irrigation system using a Snap On Connector, which will push onto your outside tap if you have fitted a Tap Connector to it. ½inch / 13mm Tube – 15 metres included.

3/16inch / 4.6mm Tube – 20 metres included.

3/16inch / 4.6mm T Connectors – 5 included.

½inch / 13mm to ½inch / 13mm to 3/16inch / 4.6mm Connectors – 10 included.

2 litre In-Line Drippers – 20 included. Designed to drip at a rate of 2 litres per hour, if you wish to adjust this rate use in conjunction with the Shut-Off Valves included in this set to adjust the flow of water reaching the dripper.

0-15 litre Adjustable End-Line Drippers – 10 included. These are ideal for potted plants with different watering needs.

3/16inch / 4.6mm Shut-Off Valves – 3 included.

Flexible Expansion – once you have this Starter Set arranged in your garden, it is very easy to extend, or amend as your watering requirements change by purchasing any of the Gardena Micro Drip Components. You can also automate the watering system with the addition of one of the Gardena Water Timers.
