Delivery Times

For UK mainland addresses we aim to deliver your order in approximately 5-7 working days. This delivery time can be affected during peak season (Jan-April) when delivery can take longer.

If you need your order to arrive of a specific day or need a faster delivery please call us and we’ll do our best to help.

Some items are sent direct from the manufacturer – for example an Elite greenhouse - these items will show the expected delivery time on the product page.

Delivery Charges

When looking on our website, on each product page you will see a delivery charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, such that:

If one or more products on your order has a £6.99 delivery charge the total carriage charge will be £6.99 no matter how many items you order. 

If one or more products on your order has a £21.99 delivery charge the total carriage charge will be £21.99 no matter how many items you order. 

If one or more products on your order has a £30.00 delivery charge the total carriage charge will be £30.00 no matter how many items you order. 

All the above carriage charges are for UK mainland only. 

For addresses classed as outside UK Mainland by our carriers, when you place your order online you will be charged our standard carriage charges above. Upon receipt of your order in our warehouse we will then calculate the exact carriage charge applicable and then contact you with the correct delivery charge, you can then decide whether to proceed with the order or cancel it.

Areas which will require a quote for delivery include: 
Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern & Southern Ireland. Plus postcodes AB1-16, 21-25, 30-56, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV1-28, 30-32, 36, 40-56, 63, KA, KW1-17, KY, ML, PA1-50, 60-78, PH1-44, 49-50, TD and ZE. 

Overseas Delivery

Overseas delivery is available for the majority of the items we sell. For a quote for delivery overseas simply contact us by completing the form below with details of the items you would like to order and the delivery address so we can confirm delivery costs for you.

Our Couriers

Due to the wide range of products which we offer, we use a range of couriers to enable us to deliver our orders. Depending on the size of the parcels created when we pack your order in our warehouse, your packer will decide which is the most suitable for your order to be sent with.

The couriers which we use include: 
Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, DPD or Hastings. 
If you have any special requirements in regards to the courier we use for your delivery, you would need to contact us before placing your order (this could affect your delivery charge). 

If you are not going to be home to accept your delivery, please indicate during the checkout process, a safe place where goods can be left at your property so that we can advise couriers accordingly.  

Direct Despatch Delivery

If you have ordered a Direct Despatch item this means it will be delivered direct from the manufacturers. In this case you should refer to the product page on the website to see what delivery time is quoted for that item.
